i dont know where in philippines did fred went but i was in luzon in zambales and the food are great they have everything we can  get from u.s.a and it is very cheap  he said mostly pork and rice  filipinos main diet are fruits,vegetables fsh etc. If you like steak and burgers or hot dog the philippine food is not for u.I love it there  white beaches,very cheap cost of living ,ipaid my maids 50 dollars a month and enjoy the peoplespmem
