this message is written without any knowledge how good filipino food is..considering that this country served delicious and mixed traditional foods from malay-chinesse-hispanic dishes..all countrys have JUNKfoods..even US hav this sort of junk in foodchain,you must know how to find a good one.(know eat this not that.book)..filipino foods are local dishes that savor local ingredients..we used herbs..and some of it are locally available so it means your not aware on it..dishes cook in coconut milk..spicy ingerdients..food cook in sarsa( saucy dishes) ..broth dishes..paul;try and meat..and bounty seafoods which philippines is well known..fruits and vegetables are also superb as most of it are cared organically...i know ur cautious on health issues but you must able to know your fact or have a research before stating it...so there it goes!
