Pakwan
Pakwan or watermelon can be produced all year round with the help of agricultural engineering techniques. But the best produce are those that are harvested in the months of April and May. They taste the sweetest during their season plus the fact that they are fruits meant to be harvested during summer.
They are usually planted in February or early March just in time for the summer harvest. The summer sun adds to the quality of its fruits.
