appeased?

Just read the European Parliament resolution on the troubles with Muslim rebels and communist rebels here in the RP.....Seems they are putting the blame, and thr responcibility for ending it, on the legal government.  Also seems they think these groups should be appeased.......Well, that's Europe for you! They've been appeasing such people for generations...And look where thry are!
