Waterfront Walk at the Boulevard in Dumaguete, Philippines

 One of the many nice things about Dumaguete is the Boulevard.  You can walk along the water without fighting cars, boats, pollution.  You do need to avoid a few waves occasionally on windy days at high tide, and sometimes you have to decline the sellers of pearls or sunglasses, but overall it's a very pleasant walk.  Right nearby are Why Not cafe, the Waterfront cafe, and even the office for Globe if you want to set up an internet connection or pay your bill.
